Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To make the meatballs, chop Stinky Tofu (5.5 oz) and Century Egg (1) into small cubes.
Step 2
Combine with the Ground Lean Pork (10.5 oz) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Then using your hands, roll up the mixture into balls and coat them into Tapioca Starch (1/2 cup) . This makes them very crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
Step 4
Fry the meatballs in hot Vegetable Oil (as needed) .
Step 5
Next, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil and dust them with Curry Powder (1 Tbsp) !
Step 6
For the dipping sauce, in a bowl combine Coconut Jam (1/4 cup) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp) , Soy Sauce (1 tsp) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 tsp) .
Step 7
In another bowl, combine Coconut Jam (1/4 cup) , Ketchup (1/2 cup) , and Chili Powder (1/2 tsp) .
Step 8
Serve your meatballs nice and hot!
