Step 1
To make the meatballs, chop

into small cubes.

Combine with the
95/5 Lean Ground Pork (10.5 oz)

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)

Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)

Then using your hands, roll up the mixture into balls and coat them into
Tapioca Starch (1/2 cup)
. This makes them very crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Fry the meatballs in hot
Vegetable Oil (as needed)

Next, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil and dust them with
Curry Powder (1 Tbsp)

For the dipping sauce, in a bowl combine
Coconut Jam (1/4 cup)

Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)

Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
, and
Fresh Cilantro (1 tsp)

In another bowl, combine
Coconut Jam (1/4 cup)

Ketchup (1/2 cup)
, and
Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
.
Step 8
Serve your meatballs nice and hot!
