To make the meatballs, chop Stinky Tofu (150 gram) and Century Egg (1) into small cubes.
Combine with the Ground Lean Pork (300 gram), Salt and Pepper (to taste) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon).
Then using your hands, roll up the mixture into balls and coat them into Tapioca Flour (1/2 cup). This makes them very crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
Fry the meatballs into hot vegetable Vegetable Oil (to taste).
Next, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil and dust them with Curry Powder (1 tablespoon)!
For the dipping sauce, in a bowl combine Coconut Jam (1/4 cup), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Sesame Oil (1/2 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (1 teaspoon), and Fresh Cilantro (1 teaspoon).
In another bowl, combine Coconut Jam (1/4 cup), Ketchup (1/2 cup), and Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon).
Serve your meatballs nice and hot!
