Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the
Dijon Mustard (1/3 cup)
Honey (1/4 cup)
Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Onion Powder (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Pour ¾ cup of the marinade sauce over the
Beef Short Ribs (3 lb)
, and massage all sides.
Wrap the rib in the foil. Place ribs on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Roast in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Take the ribs out and remove the foil. Brush the ribs with the rest of the marinade. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Remove the ribs from the oven and rest the ribs for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the ribs with the side dishes of your choice such as
Salad Greens (3 cups)
Corn Cobs (2)
Barbecue Sauce (1/4 cup)
