Place Garlic (2 cloves) and juice from the Lemon (1) in a medium bowl. In a slow steady stream pour the Olive Oil (3.5 fl oz) into the bowl while whisking vigorously. You will begin to see your dressing thicken up and become smooth and glossy.

Next whisk in your Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp), Fresh Dill (1 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).

Allow dressing to sit at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop. Shake vigorously before serving.
