Using lightly moistened hands, form the tuna into six 4-inch burgers. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the burgers over high heat, turning once, until lightly charred on the outside and rare in the center, about 3 minutes total. Spread both halves of the buns with the Sriracha mayonnaise.

Step 1
Place Garlic (2 clove) and juice from the Lemon (1) in a medium bowl. In a slow steady stream pour the Olive Oil (3.5 fluid ounce) into the bowl while whisking vigorously. You will begin to see your dressing thicken up and become smooth and glossy.
Step 2
Next whisk in your Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Fresh Dill (1 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
Step 3
Allow dressing to sit at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop. Shake vigorously before serving.
