Oven Baked Fish Nuggets is a healthier alternative to the deep fried fish snacks that kids love. Fish pieces are dusted with seasoned flour, dipped in an egg wash and lightly crumbed in crushed cornflakes. Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp) . In another bowl mix together the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and Milk (4 Tbsp) . In a third and separate bowl, crush the Corn Flakes (2 cups) into small pieces.

Cut your Fish Fillets (4) into small pieces and dip each piece into the flour mix, the egg and the cornflakes. Place the fish in a separate dish, cover them with a plastic cover and put them in the fridge for about half an hour.

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).

On a baking dish lined with baking paper, place your fish and spray them with some oil. Bake inside a preheated oven, 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about half an hour.
