In a bowl mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp). In another bowl mix together the Eggs (2) and Milk (4 Tbsp). In a third and separate bowl, crush the Corn Flakes (2 cups) into small pieces.

Cut your Fish Fillets (4) into small pieces and dip each piece into the flour mix, the egg and the cornflakes. Place the fish in a separate dish, cover them with a plastic cover and put them in the fridge for about half an hour.
