Step 1
Cut the Egg (6) in half, and scoop out the yolk from each into a bowl. Mash up all the yolks in the bowl.
Step 2
Into the yolk add and mix the Yellow Mustard (1 teaspoon), Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Scoop in the yolk mixture back into the eggs. Sprinkle over with some Paprika (to taste).
