Step 1
Cut the Eggs (6) in half, and scoop out the yolk from each into a bowl. Mash up all the yolks in the bowl.
Step 2
Into the yolk add and mix the Yellow Mustard (1 tsp) , Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Scoop in the yolk mixture back into the eggs. Sprinkle over with some Paprika (to taste) .
