In a medium bowl, mix the Cajun Seasoning (4 tsp) and Granulated Sugar (2 tsp) together. Add the Shrimp (12 oz) and toss to combine. Marinate for 5-10 minutes.

In a blender, blend the Avocado (1), Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup), 1 Tbsp of Lime (1), Water (1 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) until combined. Set aside in the fridge until ready to eat.

In a grill pan, heat the Oil (1 Tbsp) over high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes per side until opaque and slightly brown from caramelizing

In a large bowl, add the Salad Greens (4 1/2 cups), Cherry Tomato (3/4 cup), Sweet Corn Kernels (1 can), and drizzle with salad dressing. Mix until combined.

Place the shrimp on top of the salad. Serve.
