Cooking Instructions
1.
To a large, clean container, add Banana (1). Cover with BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (1 bottle). Close the lid and let it infuse for 24 hours.
2.
Strain the banana rum into a clean container.
3.
Into a Boston Shaker, measure Pineapple Juice (3 fl oz), Coconut Milk (1 fl oz), 2 fl oz Banana Rum, and Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp). Stir with a bar spoon to combine.
4.
Add plenty of Ice (as needed) to the shaker, then secure the top and shake hard.
5.
Open the shaker. Pour both liquid and ice into a highball glass.
6.
Garnish with Fresh Pineapple Chunk (1) and serve.
