Cooking Instructions
1.
Muddle Fresh Mint Leaves (8) in juice from Lime (1) and Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) then fill a glass with Ice (as needed).
2.
Pour Rum (2 fl oz) over crushed ice and swizzle well until glass is ice-cold and frosted.
3.
Pack glass with more crushed ice and top with Angostura Bitters (6 dashes).
4.
Serve garnished with mint.
