step 1
To make the caramel sauce, add Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) and Water (1 Tbsp) in a saucepan. Bring to a bubbly boil and simmer until it's browned.

Pour the rest of the Water (1 Tbsp) into the pan and shut off the heat. Immediately transfer into your pudding cups before the sauce gets hard.

In the same pot, warm Milk (1 1/2 cups) with Earl Grey Tea (2 bags) to infuse the flavor. Let it cool before using.

Add in Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Sweetened Condensed Milk (4 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and infused milk into a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Then, strain through a strainer to make it smooth.

Pour the egg mixture over into the cups. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil while you preheat your steamer.

Steam in medium heat for about 35 minutes.

Stop the heat and let them cool in the steamer for 10 minutes before removing them.

Serve warm or put in the fridge to serve cold.
