Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix
1 pinch
Garlic Powder
1 pinch

1 tsp
Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Get a loaf pan, and combine the Ground Beef (2 pound), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 package), Egg (2), Garlic Powder (1 pinch), Salt (1 pinch), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a bowl and use your clean hands to thoroughly mix it together. Press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan and put the full loaf pan on the sheet tray.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the Ketchup (1/4 cup), Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon), Dry Mustard (1 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) together into a thick glaze.
Step 4
Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf and bake it for an hour and a half. An hour gets it to just slightly pink in the center. If you would prefer well done, let it go for an extra 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then serve immediately!
