Mom’s Classic Meatloaf

2 pound Ground Beef
2/3 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 package Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix
1 pinch Garlic Powder
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Ketchup
3 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Get a loaf pan, and combine the Ground Beef (2 pound), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 package), Egg (2), Garlic Powder (1 pinch), Salt (1 pinch) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a bowl and use your clean hands to thoroughly mix it together. Press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan and put the full loaf pan on the sheet tray.
STEP 2
In another bowl, mix the Ketchup (1/4 cup), Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon), Dry Mustard (1 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) together into a thick glaze.
STEP 3
Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf and bake it for an hour and a half. An hour gets it to just slightly pink in the center. If you would prefer well done, let it go for an extra 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then serve immediately!
