Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil.

Get a loaf pan, and combine the Ground Beef (2 lb), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Onion Soup and Dip Mix (1 packet), Eggs (2), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 pinch), Salt (1 pinch), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a bowl and use your clean hands to thoroughly mix it together. Press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan and put the full loaf pan on the sheet tray.

Press the mixture firmly into the loaf pan and put the full loaf pan on the sheet tray.

In another bowl, mix the Ketchup (1/4 cup), Dark Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Dry Mustard (1 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) together into a thick glaze.

Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf and bake it for an hour and a half. An hour gets it to just slightly pink in the center. If you would prefer well done, let it go for an extra 15-20 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then serve immediately!
