Cooking Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) with a drizzle of Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.

Add the Taco Seasoning (1 pckg), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) to taste and stir until well combined. Taste to see if you need to add more seasoning.

To the cooked ground beef, add Black Beans (1 can), cooked White Rice (2 2/3 Tbsp), and Beef Broth (4 Tbsp), then stir well.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Stir in Mild Salsa (1 cup) of your choice, chunky or smooth.

Add Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup) and combine it with everything. Remove from the heat.
6.
Before serving garnish with Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and Lime Wedge (1).
7.
Serve with Jalapeño Pepper (1), Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp), extra shredded cheese, Tomatoes (2), Avocado (1), and Sour Cream (1/2 cup).
8.
Warm-up Tortillas (to taste) and enjoy!
Author's Notes
If you do not like cilantro, parsley could be used instead.
You can use rice or any other grain, and swap beef for chicken or ground turkey.
