Cooking Instructions

Cut the Carrots (3 cups) in half and then into quarters. Cut one more time if using thick carrots.

In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots along with Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Toss until combined.
3.
Place on a microwave-safe enamel tray and cook in the Panasonic 4-in-1 Multi Oven on Airfry Mode for 15-20 minutes, until carrots are tender-soft.
4.
Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (to taste), then serve.
