A gorgeous side dish with a whole cauliflower roasted in lots of olive oil, curry powder, and seasoning. So simple and flavorful!

Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line the tray with foil.
Cauliflower (1 head)
and cut out the bottom stalk, removing the leaves as well. Place it on the tray and evenly season it with
Curry Powder (2 Tbsp)
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
Olive Oil (3 1/2 Tbsp)
and work it all into the cauliflower with your hands. Cover it with more foil so that it steams.
Roast it in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and roast it for another 30 minutes so that the top gets a little crisp.
Slice it and serve immediately with your main course. Enjoy!
