Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and spray a 9-inch pie plate with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (2 cups)
into the pan to form a crust.
Bake the hashbrowns in the oven for 20 minutes.
Press them firmly into the plate to make room for the filling. Add the
Deli Ham (5 slices)
to the pie pan and let it all cool slightly while you make the egg mixture.
Water (3 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp)
together in a bowl. Pour that mixture over the ham in the crust.
Finally, evenly spread the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup)
on top. Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes, just until the hashbrowns become golden and start to brown and the filling is completely set.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top generously with
Everything Bagel Seasoning (to taste)
. Let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Slice the pie into 4 equal pieces and serve immediately. Enjoy!
