Spinach Artichoke Baked Feta Dip

This creamy baked feta dip will win Thanksgiving. It’s one pan, ultra cheesy, and done in less than half an hour! The secret ingredient to a super flavorful and creamy dip? Nutmeg! The nutty, spicy flavor is very subtle but adds a whole new dimension of flavor, plus it really adds that extra kick of “fall”. We love to serve it with bread, but make this a completely keto appetizer by serving with seed crackers or low-carb veggie sticks.

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese , divided

or Other White Cheese

Frozen Spinach

Artichoke Hearts , drained, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl with the Feta Cheese (1 block) , add Cream Cheese (1 cup) , Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) , Frozen Spinach (1 cup) , Artichoke Hearts (1 can) , Fine Salt (as needed) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , and Whole Nutmeg (as needed) . Mix until combined.

Add mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

Serve warm with Baguettes (to taste) or crackers.
