Clean the Pork Tenderloin (1) of all skin.
Season fillet with Kosher Salt (to taste), Cayenne Pepper (to taste), and Granulated Garlic (to taste). Sear on a very hot grill on all sides.
Finish in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until cooked to your preferred temperature.
Remove from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
Toss Portobello Mushroom (8) with Kosher Salt (to taste), Cayenne Pepper (to taste), and Olive Oil (to taste). Grill until lightly browned.
Blanche, shock, and drain Broccoli (10 ounce).
Saute broccoli and Ground Nutmeg (to taste) in Kosher Salt (to taste) until heated through. Season with Butter (1/2 stick) and Tomato (1). Add Asiago Cheese (1 tablespoon).
Plate the broccoli and top with the portobellos.
Arrange the fillet on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with Asiago Cheese (to taste) and Scallion (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
