Separate the yolks and whites of the Egg (6) into two separate bowls. Set whites aside.
To yolks, add Caster Sugar (1/3 cup) and beat until smooth.
Add Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon), then add Milk (3 cup) slowly to the mixture while beating.
Then add Cream (1 cup) and Brandy (1 cup) and beat again. Set aside.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixture until you get soft peaks, then pour the egg white mixture into the liqueur mixture and fold gently.
Ladle eggnog into a serving glass and sprinkle with Ground Nutmeg (to taste).
