Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Egg (1) together with the Milk (1 cup).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Cornmeal (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Baking Powder (3 teaspoon). To that add the egg mixture and whisk everything together until it's smooth and nice.
Step 3
Insert a skewer through each Hot Dog (1 package). Then, roll each hot dog over the extra All-Purpose Flour (to taste), and set aside.
Step 4
Dip each hot dog into the batter.
Step 5
In a frying pan with some Oil (to taste), cook each hot dog for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
