Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Egg (1) together with the Milk (1 cup) .
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Cornmeal (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) . To that add the egg mixture and whisk everything together until it's smooth and nice.
Step 3
Insert a skewer through each Hot Dogs (1 pckg) . Then, roll each hot dog over the extra All-Purpose Flour (to taste) , and set aside.
Step 4
Dip each hot dog into the batter.
Step 5
In a frying pan with some Oil (as needed) , and cook each hot dog for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
