Fit a 9-inch Pie Crust (1) in a 9 inch tart pan or a pie plate and place into the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (5), Heavy Cream (2/3 cup), Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) until well mix.

Place tart pan in a baking sheet/tray and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes. You know the pie is ready when is not giggly in the center.
