Fit a 9-inch Pie Crust (1) in a 9 inch tart pan or a pie plate and place into the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk Large Egg (5), Heavy Cream (2/3 cup), Onion Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) until well mix.
Remove pie crust from the freezer and distribute the Bacon (6 slice) and Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 ounce) on the pie crust evenly. Add the egg mixture, and using a spatula spread everything to combine.
Place tart pan in a baking sheet/tray and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes. You know the pie is ready when is not giggly in the center.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting it.
