9-inch Pie Crust (1)
in a 9 inch tart pan or a pie plate and place into the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk
Large Eggs (5)
Heavy Cream (2/3 cup)
Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
until well mix.
Remove pie crust from the freezer and distribute the
Bacon (6 slices)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
on the pie crust evenly. Add the egg mixture, and using a spatula spread everything to combine.
Place tart pan in a baking sheet/tray and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes. You know the pie is ready when is not giggly in the center.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting it.
