Step 1
Wash the
Red Potatoes (10 cups)
and cut them into quarters. Place the quartered potatoes into the slow cooker pot.
Step 2
Mix together
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
,
Dried Thyme (1 tsp)
,
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Garlic (3 cloves)
.
Step 3
Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes. Stir together. Sprinkle with
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
.
Step 4
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. Do not remove the lid during the cooking process to allow the dish to cook properly.
Step 5
Test the potatoes with a fork. If ready, enjoy!
