Cooking Instructions
1.
Put the Kale (1 handful), Banana (1), Pineapples (1 cup), and Coconut Milk (1 2/3 cups) into a blender and give a whirl until smooth and creamy.
2.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
