If you’re taking a break from caffeine, or simply want a healthy homemade version of your usual corner coffee shop latte, this Caffeine-Free Spiced Chai Tea Latte is frothy and delicious!

In a medium heatproof bowl, cover the
Cashew Nuts (1/2 cup)
with boiling hot water. Allow to soak for at least an hour, or overnight.
Right before you make your lattes, place the
Medjool Dates (1)
in a medium heatproof bowl and cover with
Water (2 cups)
. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
Drain the cashews and transfer to a blender, along with the date and soaking liquid,
Coconut Milk (1 cup)
Maca Powder (1/2 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp)
Ground Cloves (1/8 tsp)
Using the Smoothie function on the blender, puree the latte mixture until smooth and frothy. If the cashews aren’t completely broken down, run the Smoothie program a second time.
Transfer the chai tea latte to two mugs and garnish with
Ground Cinnamon (1 dash)
. Serve and enjoy!
