Cooking Instructions
1.
In a medium heatproof bowl, cover the Cashew Nuts (1/2 cup) with boiling hot water. Allow to soak for at least an hour, or overnight.
2.
Right before you make your lattes, place the Medjool Dates (1) in a medium heatproof bowl and cover with Water (2 cups). Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
