Into a mixing bowl add and mix the Unsalted Butter (125 gram), Caster Sugar (3/4 cup), Cream Cheese (200 gram), and Egg (2).
Next add in the All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), and mix everything together.
Then add in the Lemon (3 tablespoon) and Yellow Food Coloring (3). Mix everything together until combined.
Into a baking pan lined with baking paper and greased with oil, pour in the lemon batter. Even out the surface, and bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
While the brownies cool off, proceed to prepare the icing. Into a bowl, add in and mix the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Lemon (3 tablespoon).
Spread the icing over the surface of the brownie. Sprinkle over with some Lemon (to taste), and freeze for about 10 minutes
Cut into pieces and serve!
