Cooking Instructions

Into a bowl, add in and mix the chopped Dates (3/4 cup), Baking Soda (as needed), and Water (3 Tbsp).

Into another bowl, mix together the Butter (5.5 oz), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup). Then add in the Egg (1) and mix everything until combined.

Add in and mix the Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), softened dates, and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 1/2 cups).
4.
Take tablespoons of the mixture and form it into a bowl shape, and place each of the balls onto a baking tray. Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 12 minutes.
5.
Let the cookies cool, and serve!
