Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a large bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 tablespoon), and Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon). Then, add in the grated Butter (1/2 cup) and mix everything well.
Step 2
Once you have incorporated the butter, add in the Buttermilk (1 cup) and stir until combined. Then, by using your hand, bring the dough together.
Step 3
On a floured surface, flatten the dough with a rolling pin and form it into a 10 inch rectangle shape. Then, using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into pieces.
Step 4
Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
