Into a large bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp). Then, add in the grated Butter (1/2 cup) and mix everything well.

Once you have incorporated the butter, add in the Buttermilk (1 cup) and stir until combined. Then, by using your hand, bring the dough together.

On a floured surface, flatten the dough with a rolling pin and form it into a 10 inch rectangle shape. Then, using a cookie cutter, cut the dough into pieces.
