Slow Cooker Cheese Stuffed Meatballs is a rich and delicious meal that is easy to make and perfect for sharing with a crowd. Beef and Pork are combined with herbs and spices, then formed into meatballs. A cube of smooth melting Mozzarella cheese is stuffed into each meatball, then slow cooked in the sauce of your choice - give it a go!

Fresh Parsley , chopped

Pasta Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add in the Ground Beef (1.1 lb) , Pork (1.1 lb) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Breadcrumbs (1 cup) , Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) , Eggs (2) , Milk (1/2 cup) , Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Using your hands mix everything together.

Take small bits of the meat and form them into small separate balls.

Take small pieces of the Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) , press it into the center of each meatball, and wrap around the meat around the cheese.

Into a slow cooker, add in half of the Pasta Sauce (2 pckg) . Arrange the meatballs, and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cook for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
