Step 1
Add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Butter (1 cup) , and Caster Sugar (2 Tbsp) in the bowl and mix them well.
Step 2
Add some Water (1/3 cup) and mix them until they come together. Use your hand to bring the dough together.
Step 3
Divide the dough in two and wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in fridge for one hour.
Step 4
Take one out and roll it out to make it bigger than your pie plate.
Step 5
Transport your dough into your pie plate and remove the excess dough.
Step 6
Add Apples (11 cups) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) , Corn Starch (3 Tbsp) , Caster Sugar (1/3 cup) , Brown Sugar (1/3 cup) , and Lemon (1/2) juice. Use fingers and hands to make it mix all together.
Step 7
Put the apple filling in the prepared pie. Add some Butter (3 Tbsp) .
Step 8
Roll another dough out and place it on top. Try to pinch them together and remove the excess, then press it down.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 10
Brush some butter and sprinkle some Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) . Bake this at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
