Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Coat a non-stick baking sheet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) and set aside.
Cut Zucchini (2) into 3-inch x 1/2-inch strips
In a small bowl, combine the Non-Fat Milk (1/2 cup) and Large Egg (1). Mix well.
In a separate small bowl, combine the Seasoned Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup). Mix well.
Coat the zucchini strips with the milk-egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb-cheese mixture.
Place the coated zucchini strips onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Best served with seasoned Sour Cream (to taste) cream or Ketchup (to taste). Enjoy!
