Combine Fresh Blueberries (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), zest and juice from Lemon (1) in a medium saucepan. Set over medium heat and cook, uncovered, until berries begin to soften.
step 2
Use a potato masher or fork to mash the berries a bit, then increase heat to medium/high and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
