Step 1
Combine
Instant Coffee (1 Tbsp)
and
Water (1 Tbsp)
. Stir until all coffee is completely dissolved and set aside.
Step 2
In a small saucepan on low heat, combine
White Chocolate (1 cup)
and
Milk (1 1/2 cups)
. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
In a small jug, add
Milk (1/2 cup)
and
Eggs (2)
. Beat with a fork until smooth.
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, stir together
Self-Rising Flour (1 1/2 cups)
,
Bread Flour (1/2 cup)
and
Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)
. Stir in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Stir in the chocolate mixture and the cooled coffee mixture.
Step 6
In a two-liter oven baking dish, pour the coffee batter. Sprinkle
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
over the surface. Pour in
Water (2 cups)
.
Step 7
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 40-45 minutes.
Step 8
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
