Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add
Butter (1/3 cup)
,
Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)
,
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Step 2
Add in
Egg (1)
and beat until combined.
Step 3
Add
Self-Rising Flour (1 cup)
and
Toblerone® Chocolate Bar (3.5 oz)
. Gently fold everything together.
Step 4
Roll spoonfuls of the mixture in hand to create small balls. Place on tray lined with non-stick baking paper, leaving a bit of space in between cookies.
Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes, or until cookies are golden.
Step 6
Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes.
