In a mixing bowl, add Butter (5 tablespoon), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add in Egg (1) and beat until combined.
Add Self-Rising Flour (1 cup) and Toblerone® Chocolate Bar (100 gram). Gently fold everything together.
Roll spoonfuls of the mixture in hand to create small balls. Place on tray lined with non-stick baking paper, leaving a bit of space in between cookies.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes, or until cookies are golden.
Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes.
