Rub a slow cooker pot with Butter (to taste) and cover the bottom with non-stick baking paper.
In a mixing jug, add Egg (6), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and Milk (2 cup). Whisk everything together until smooth.
Dip each individual slice of White Sandwich Bread (1/2 package) into the egg mixture and then arrange it into the base of the slow cooker. Pour leftover egg mixture over the top.
Cook on lowest setting for at least 6 hours.
Remove lid of slow cooker and allow to cook on low for another 15-20 minutes, or until the surface has crisped up.
Serve with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
