Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
In a bowl add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Caster Sugar (1 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1 cup) and mix together.
Add Egg (4), Milk (1 1/2 cup), Butter (75 gram), Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon) and Passion Fruit Pulp (170 gram).
Mix until it is a very smooth runny batter.
Grease a large pie plate.
Pour the batter into the dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for about an hour. Once cooled dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and serve either warm or cooled.
