Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
Step 2
In a bowl add
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)

Caster Sugar (1 cup)

Desiccated Coconut (1 cup)
and mix together.

Add
Eggs (4)

Milk (1 1/2 cups)

Butter (1/3 cup)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Passion Fruit Pulp (2/3 cup)

Step 4
Mix until it is a very smooth runny batter.
Step 5
Grease a large pie plate.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the dish.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for about an hour. Once cooled dust with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
and serve either warm or cooled.
