Oatmeal Cookies are an old fashioned biscuit recipe made with basic ingredients. Rolled Oats are combined with flour, sugars and milk to create a thick dough. This recipe makes about 30 cookies for a very modest price - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).

Into a sauce pan under a very low heat, add and mix the Milk (4 Tbsp), and Golden Syrup (4 Tbsp). Set aside to cool.

Into a large mixing bowl, add in the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), crumbled Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups), and Butter (4 Tbsp). Rub the mixture together. Then, add in the Brown Sugar (1/3 cup) and milk mixture and combine everything together.

Divide the dough into two portions.

On a floured surface roll out each dough portion. Using a cookie cutter, cut out cookie shapes one at a time.
6.
Place the cookies on a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 10 minutes
