Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)

Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup)
, and
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)

Step 2
In a saucepan under very low heat, melt together the
Unsalted Butter (3/4 cup)
,
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
, and
Dark Chocolate Chips (2 1/4 cups)
.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate into the flour mixture together with the
Eggs (4)
. Gently blend everything together.
Step 4
Put the batter inside a greased cake tin, and bake under 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) for about 90 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile make the chocolate garnache. In a sauce pan, melt together the
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Dark Chocolate (1 cup)
. To that, add and mix
Thickened Cream (1 Tbsp)
, and
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 Tbsp)
. Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 6
Drizzle the ganache and
Milk Chocolate (1/3 cup)
