Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup).
In a saucepan under very low heat, melt together the Unsalted Butter (175 gram), Brown Sugar (1 cup), and Dark Chocolate Chips (400 gram).
Pour the chocolate into the flour mixture together with the Egg (4). Gently blend everything together.
Put the batter inside a greased cake tin, and bake under 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) for about 90 minutes.
Meanwhile make the chocolate garnache. In a sauce pan, melt together the Unsalted Butter (125 gram), Dark Chocolate (200 gram). To that, add and mix Thickened Cream (1 tablespoon), and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 tablespoon). Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the ganache and Milk Chocolate (50 gram).
