Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the
Butter (1/2 cup)

Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)

Add in the
Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup)

Lemon Juice (1/2 cup)
, and mix everything together. Also add the
Milk (1/3 cup)
a little bit at a time while whisking.
Step 3
Divide the pudding mixture between 6 greased baking cups. Line up the cups inside a baking dish and fill in the dish with boiling water until it is halfway through the height of each cup. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
