First, melt Mars® Bars (5) in a heat-proof bowl suspended over a pan of barely simmering water. Add in half of the Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream (sponsored) (2 1/2 cups). Stir occasionally.

When the bars are completely melted and mixed with the cream, turn off the heat, carefully remove bowl from saucepan and let cool for 10 - 15 minutes.

Separate the Eggs (3) and beat the whites into stiff peaks and beat the yolks into the now cooled but still warm chocolate cream. Add in the other half of the whipping cream. Gently fold in the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into an old ice cream tub, place the lid on and allow it to freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
