Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Butter (4.5 oz), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Golden Syrup (1 Tbsp), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup).

Add in the Self-Rising Flour (1 1/4 cups) and Baking Powder (1 tsp). Combine everything well.

Using your hands, make the dough into cookies. Place each cookie dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake under 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
