Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Unsalted Butter (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 2
Then, whisk in the Eggs (2) , and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) . Add the Self-Rising Flour (2 1/2 cups) and mix everything well until you get a nice and smooth dough.
Step 3
Make the dough into small round cookies. Roll each cookie dough on the Cinnamon Sugar (to taste) , and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 8 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
