Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (325 degrees F).
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add
Cream Cheese (1 2/3 cups)

Caster Sugar (1/3 cup)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
, then beat until smooth. Add in
Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
and beat again.
Step 3
Beat in each
Eggs (2)
separately, then fold in eight of the
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (20)
.
Step 4
In a muffin pan, place the remaining full Oreo Cookies in the base of each cup. Divide the cheesecake mixture between each cup.
Step 5
Cook at 160 degrees C (325 degrees F) for 20 minutes or until each is set in the center. Leave in oven with the door slightly ajar to cool.
Step 6
Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until completely set.
