Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat
Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Brown Sugar (1 1/4 cups)
together with an electric mixer. Add
Eggs (2)
and beat one at a time. Finally, beat in
Bananas (1 cup)

Add
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
. Beat together. Stir in
Milk (1/2 cup)
, fold in frozen
Fresh Raspberries (1/2 cup)
.
Step 3
Grease and line with non-stick baking paper a standard loaf pan. Spoon the batter into the tin. Cook at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 45 minutes or until a pick in the middle comes out clean.
Step 4
Let cool in the tin for 15 minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool completely.
