In a large mixing bowl, add Ground Beef (500 gram), Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove), Dried Mixed Herbs (1 tablespoon), Ketchup (1 tablespoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Using your hands, mix together until combined.
Divide mixture into 8 patties. Top 4 of the patties with Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and then top each with another patty. Using fingers, squeeze the two together so the cheese is completely enclosed.
In a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Top Hamburger Bun (4) with Olive Oil (to taste), Tomato (to taste), Lettuce (to taste), and a patty. Serve and enjoy!
