Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)

Yellow Onion (1)

Garlic (1 clove)
,
Dried Mixed Herbs (1 Tbsp)

Ketchup (1 Tbsp)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Using your hands, mix together until combined.
Step 2
Divide mixture into 8 patties. Top 4 of the patties with
Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
, and then top each with another patty. Using fingers, squeeze the two together so the cheese is completely enclosed.
Step 3
In a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Top
Hamburger Buns (4)
with
Olive Oil (to taste)
,
Tomatoes (to taste)
,
Lettuce (to taste)
, and a patty. Serve and enjoy!
