Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (320 degrees F).

Separate the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) Whites and set aside.
3.
In a mixing bowl, beat the Egg Whites with an electric mixer until mixture forms stiff peaks.
4.
Add in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp) and Cheese (2 1/2 cups). Gently fold everything together. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
5.
Heat Frying Oil (as needed) over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
6.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture into the oil, about 4 at a time, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
7.
Transfer finished puffs onto a baking tray and keep them in the oven at 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) to keep warm. Repeat until the cheese mixture is used up.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
