In a large Ziploc bag, add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Chili Powder (as needed), Cayenne Pepper (as needed), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Seal the bag and shake up the mixture.
