In a large Ziploc bag, add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Seal the bag and shake up the mixture.
Add in the Chicken Breast (2) and shake until coated.
In a small bowl, add Egg (2) and Milk (2 tablespoon). Beat together until combined.
Dunk each chicken piece in the egg and milk mixture and then coat it in Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cup). Place finished nuggets on a plate.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate the nuggets for 30 minutes.
Transfer the nuggets to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway through.
