Step 1
In a large Ziploc bag, add
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)

Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
,
Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
,
Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Seal the bag and shake up the mixture.
Step 2
Add in the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
and shake until coated.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add
Eggs (2)
and
Milk (2 Tbsp)
. Beat together until combined.
Step 4
Dunk each chicken piece in the egg and milk mixture and then coat it in
Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups)
. Place finished nuggets on a plate.
Step 5
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate the nuggets for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer the nuggets to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway through.
