Cooking Instructions

In a large Ziploc bag, add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Smoked Paprika (1 tsp) , Chili Powder (as needed) , Cayenne Pepper (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Seal the bag and shake up the mixture.

Add in the Chicken Breasts (2) and shake until coated.

In a small bowl, add Eggs (2) and Milk (2 Tbsp) . Beat together until combined.

Dunk each chicken piece in the egg and milk mixture and then coat it in Breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups) . Place finished nuggets on a plate.

Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate the nuggets for 30 minutes.

Transfer the nuggets to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway through.
