Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Natural Unflavored Yogurt (2 cups)
. Using a round-bladed knife, make cutting motions through the mixture until it comes together as dough.
Step 2
On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth. Roll it out into a large, round shape. Transfer dough onto baking tray.
Step 3
In a small cup, combine
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Spread mixture over the dough. Sprinkle
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
and
Cheese (1 cup)
over top.
Step 4
Bake at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
