Bacon Pasta Bake is a simple but delicious weekday dinner that doesn't take long to prepare. Topped with cheese and baked until golden, this amazing pasta bake will become a quick family favorite!

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove) and Yellow Onion (1). Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onions have softened.
Add in Bacon (8 slices). Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, or until bacon is slightly crispy.
Add in Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened up slightly. Sprinkle in Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp).
Add the sauce to Pasta (9 oz) and stir to combine. Transfer into a lightly greased baking dish. Top with Cheese (1 1/2 cups) and additional Fresh Parsley (to taste).
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
